Brisbane born Ian Grace, is acknowledged as the world’s foremost expert on Real Estate Advertising. For 16 years, he worked and researched in England, South Africa, and the USA.

Ian spent 16 years working and researching in the UK, South Africa and USA. From 1969 – 1972, he received what was renowned as the world’s best Customer Service, Advertising and Sales training in the newspaper industry, courtesy of Thomson Newspapers UK. Since 1994, he has been delivering his programs throughout Australia, New Zealand, USA, Canada and the UK.
Nationally Accredited Program
Ian has been a trainer since 1972 and his Customer Service program was Nationally Accredited in Australia, by The Australian Institute of Management, in 1996.
